1. Using the apps
Qingxin Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use its apps under the applicable app-store terms. Do not misuse the apps, interfere with their operation, or use them to violate another person’s rights.
2. Privacy-tool limitations
HushPic checks and removes information only within its documented and verified scope. No automated privacy tool can guarantee that every possible metadata carrier or visible detail has been detected. Review the result and the sharing destination before sending a photo.
3. Purchases
Prices, refunds, and purchase management are provided by Apple App Store or Google Play and the applicable store account. A lifetime purchase means a one-time, non-consumable entitlement for the supported app; it does not promise perpetual availability of every service or platform.
4. Availability
Features may change to improve safety, compatibility, or legal compliance. Qingxin Studio may stop supporting devices, formats, or services that cannot be handled safely.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the apps are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Qingxin Studio is not responsible for decisions to share content or for third-party services outside its control.
6. Developer identity and contact
Qingxin Studio is the product name used by its registered developer. Where a legal identity is required, the identity shown by the applicable app store controls. Questions may be sent to support@qingxin.studio.
